We had a wonderful stay at Nalod Hotel during our trip to Da Nang in Jan 2026. I went with my bestfriend, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt comfortable and welcoming. The room was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the morning buffet — it was absolutely fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We enjoyed the view of the My Khe beach while having breakfast. The beach is right across the road(1-2 min walk). The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, especially Thao from Customer Service Department. When my friend got sick, she took such good care of her and constantly checked on my friend. She made sure we were comfortable. She helped us book a Grab ride and arrange tickets to Ba Na Hills. Thao kindness made a big difference in our experience✨ The only small issue we experienced was with the toilet flush, which didn’t work properly. We had to call reception and the plumber twice to fix it. However, aside from that inconvenience, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang❤️

I recently stayed at The Nalod and really enjoyed my visit for several reasons. 1. The rooms look like the photos. The room and amenities actually looked like the pictures posted online, which I really appreciated. I traveled to several cities in Vietnam over a few weeks and stayed in Da Nang for part of that time, splitting my stay between this hotel and another near My Khe Beach so I could experience different areas. The other hotel was also listed as a 4-star property, but it looked nothing like its photos. The Nalod, on the other hand, was exactly as advertised. 2. Friendly and helpful staff. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful. While there were a couple of people who weren’t as friendly, the majority were warm and welcoming. The breakfast staff were lovely, and the bellhop team was also very kind and attentive. I also want to mention the housekeeping team. They were always very kind, friendly, and did a great job keeping the room clean during my stay. One staff member in particular stood out: Lien from the front office. She always had a smile, was ready to help with suggestions, and truly went above and beyond. She even remembered my name and greeted me each time she saw me and helped me book my transportation to the airport. I was also able to have full conversations with her in English. Of course, I don’t expect that as a requirement since we are visitors in Vietnam and it’s our responsibility to adapt, but it definitely made things easier. If you need assistance or prefer to speak with someone in English, I highly recommend asking for Lien as she’s a real asset to the hotel. 3. Nice amenities and breakfast. The amenities were great. I didn’t end up using the pool because I spent most of my time at the beach, but it looked nice and the staff there were friendly. The hotel breakfast was also very good…so good that I chose to eat there every morning, which I didn’t do at the other hotel I stayed at. Suggestion: My only suggestion would be to add a bench to the gym. They have a full set of dumbbells but no bench, so I had to get creative or skip a few exercises. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend The Nalod.

We had a very good stay here over the Tet holiday. At around $40 a night for a Sea View room, it feels like exactly the right price point for this particular hotel. The Upsides: The Views: Absolutely wonderful views from the room. The Staff: The room cleaning staff were absolutely amazing and brilliant. They completely elevated the experience. The Location: It’s in a decent, convenient spot. The Downsides: Room Condition: The rooms are feeling a little distressed and tired. There is some noticeable wear and tear, and a few minor things weren't working properly. Despite the room needing a bit of a refresh, the incredible staff, great views, and fair pricing made it a very enjoyable stay overall.

We chose The Nalod Hotel to celebrate our 5-year anniversary, and it turned out to be an absolutely unforgettable experience. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. Our room was beautifully decorated with roses and towel swans, and we were surprised with a fresh cake that said “Happy 5 Year Anniversary” along with a heartfelt card. Such thoughtful details truly meant a lot to us. The location is perfect, it is right by the beach. You literally just cross the street and you’re there. We stayed on the 17th floor and had a stunning sea view from our room, which made waking up every morning a joy. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was extremely thorough, leaving everything perfectly clean and organized each day, and room service was excellent. The hotel facilities are fantastic as well. The rooftop swimming pool is large, very clean, and offers a beautiful panoramic view of the city and the ocean, with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas to relax under. There is also a restaurant and spa, which makes the stay even more convenient. Despite being a high-rise hotel, you never have to wait long for the elevator since there are five lifts, which makes moving around very quick and easy. What really made this hotel stand out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful: assisting with luggage, opening doors, calling elevators, and always making sure we were comfortable. The level of service truly exceeded our expectations. This has honestly been the best hotel experience we’ve ever had, especially for such a reasonable price. We would highly recommend The Nalod Hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang, and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very Disappointing Stay This hotel was a huge disappointment. There were constant problems throughout the stay, especially with the plumbing and hot water. The hot water was unreliable and often didn’t work at all, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The rooms are extremely outdated and poorly maintained. Everything feels old, worn out, and in need of renovation. On top of that, the rooms are very small, cramped, and uncomfortable, with barely enough space to move around. Overall, the hotel does not meet basic standards of comfort or quality. Between the plumbing issues, lack of hot water, and outdated, tiny rooms, this stay was frustrating and not worth the price. I would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning Make sure u don’t get this hotel for visit of vietnam
