I would like to note that I initially had no expectations from the hotel. That is why my surprise was especially pleasant when I encountered genuinely friendly staff and a truly high level of service. Believe me, I have something to compare it with. I have stayed in many hotels, both budget and luxury ones, but such warm and attentive service I found exactly here. At Ava Senses, these are not just standard rooms but thoughtfully designed spaces with an author’s approach, created with great care and attention to detail. We stayed in the Touch Room and the Aromatic Room, and also had the chance to see the Taste Room. Each room has its own unique character that you feel from the very first step inside, gently surrounding you, while a subtle aroma follows you with a trail of delicate floral notes. I would also like to highlight the staff, who are very friendly and attentive. I especially liked the general manager and the receptionist named Jelly. In conclusion, cleanliness, a sense of home comfort, spaciousness, and modern design all come together perfectly at Ava Senses.

I'm Tien, I just returned from studying abroad in Canada and had the chance to experience the Taste Room with my friend, and it was truly impressive! The space here is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail. According to the receptionist, the color scheme is inspired by tropical ingredients that "evoke deliciousness," with alluring wine red, warm honey yellow, gentle cream beige, and refreshing olive green, making me feel like I was attending a captivating culinary feast. What I liked most was the kitchen combined with a mini bar right in the room. I could mix my own drinks, taste them, and experience the flavors in my own way, which was incredibly fun. It felt both relaxing and "playing" with food, truly a place to write my own culinary story. The Taste Room made a strong visual impression on me because of its contrasting colors, and the receptionist also suggested it would be more suitable for couples wanting to visit on special occasions like Valentine's Day. We look forward to seeing you again at AVA Senses Hotel on another occasion to explore the remaining sensory rooms. Goodbye.

Receptionists were friendly and cheerful. The security guard was friendly, spoke great English and Korean, so professional! Everything felt well cared for and comfortable. If I have the chance to return to Da Nang, I will definitely try the other room types at AVA Senses. Highly recommended and absolutely worth the experience.

Nothing feels excessive or decorative for the sake of it. Instead, the design feels purposeful and well balanced. AVA Senses clearly stands out as a hotel that pays attention to every detail. It doesn’t feel generic or mass produced, but carefully crafted with its own identity. The location is also a plus, just a short walk to My Khe Beach, and the staff were friendly and professional. Overall, AVA Senses Hotel offers more than just a place to stay. It delivers a design-driven and relaxing experience with its own identity. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely “Wao” and I mean it! I was genuinely surprised when I checked into AVA Senses Hotel. It’s unlike any luxury hotel I’ve ever stayed in - creative, artistic, and wonderfully unique. The moment I stepped inside my room, I felt like both my feet and hands were being pampered and massaged. The glowing circle of light on the ceiling looked like a moon - so soothing to watch as I fell asleep. Even better, the room already had Netflix and several premium-quality speakers! Watching a movie that night felt like being in a high-end cinema - just incredible. What I love most is how relaxed and free I felt here. There’s no stiffness or forced luxury - just genuine comfort. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, showing me around every corner of the building and even other rooms—each one completely different from the next! They told me the building was designed by one of the leading architecture firms in the region, which makes total sense. The pink-uniformed housekeeping team was also absolutely lovely and kind. There’s also a coworking area available for guests, which I found really impressive. It’s well-equipped with ergonomic chairs, spacious desks, and even free drinks and snacks. I met several international guests working there - they were super friendly and easy to talk to. I only had a quick look this time since I was on holiday and didn’t want to bring work along, but it’s definitely a huge plus for digital nomads. The location is ideal - surrounded by plenty of amazing and affordable local restaurants, and it’s only a 3-minute walk to My Khe Beach. My 3-day stay here was simply wonderful, and I’m honestly sad I couldn’t stay longer to explore more of the space. I’ll definitely come back here on my next trip to Da Nang.
