Huy is super kind and helped us get our laundry done and plan our Ba Na Hills trip. Rooms are very spacious and beds are soooo comfortable. It’s a very cute and aesthetic hotel. Right now they are doing some construction to renovate and improve the hotel and they’ve adjusted the price accordingly and have compensated to make up for it with free foot massages and airport shuttles! The price is so low and construction is only during hours you’re out of the hotel anyway- plus the rooms are decently sound proof (which is so rare in Vietnam!). Definitely recommend!!

I had a three-night stay booked at this hotel, which looked very promising based on the photos and the many positive reviews. The hotel itself is indeed beautiful inside, and the room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Unfortunately, several issues during my stay led me to leave after the first night. The first issue was construction noise. I completely understand the need for renovations, but I was not informed about this in advance. Had I known, I would not have booked this hotel. I stayed on the 5th (top) floor specifically to avoid street noise, but construction began around 8–9am directly above the room, seemingly on the roof just a few metres from the bed. I had a late flight and urgently needed rest, which made this especially difficult. The second and most concerning issue was room hygiene. The bed sheets had visible hairs, crumbs, and stains, which made it appear that they had not been changed from the previous guests. For me, clean sheets are the bare minimum expectation in any hotel. This alone made me want to leave immediately. I approached a staff member that night to request fresh sheets and even offered to change them myself to save time and his effort as it was late. I was only given a single sheet, with no pillowcases. When I explained that there are usually two sheets, I was told to “just try with one.” This was disappointing and felt dismissive. I did attempt to resolve the situation with staff. I asked for a room change, but none were available(not the fault of staff) I also asked whether a refund (even for one night) was possible given the circumstances. Instead, I was offered a massage, which did not feel like an appropriate solution. Other minor issues: - Minibar fridge was not working and was warm - Shower was not properly sealed, causing water to leak across the floor - No mattress protector - Floor was dusty and not properly mopped (this may have been less of an issue if slippers were provided) I did not try the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. Feedback for hotel management: - Clearly inform guests in advance if there is construction, or offer compensation - Ensure bed linen is properly cleaned, stained sheets are replaced or professionally laundered - Implement a strict housekeeping checklist, changing bed sheets between guests is non-negotiable I did not want to leave a negative review, but I felt misled by the number of 5-star reviews ( I am thinking they might be bots?). I am sharing this as a warning for future guests to manage expectations and as constructive feedback for the hotel to improve. If the hotel wishes to contact me, I am still open to that. This review simply reflects my experience.

We got the room discounted as it was a last minute booking but a little pricey if we had paid the full amount. I can say however the staff are absolutely fantastic - best service I've ever had. We had an issue with our bed sheets and was able to contact the receptionist Huy directly on WhatsApp and he came up within 5 minutes and personally changed them at about 9pm at night. He was so so friendly and didn't make us feel badly for asking. The breakfast buffet was a little bare although the lady serving also made to order and was extremely friendly. Truly great staff 😊

100/10 would recommend staying here if you’re in Da Nang. The hotel is walking distance from My Khe Beach & surrounded by food stalls and also mini marts and pharmacies. The staff were super helpful with everything, special thanks to HUY my guyyyy! He made this trip super easy for me as I was solo travelling.

Noisy noisy room cannot sleep. Breakfast so so. All staff speak zero English. WiFi not work in room. My booking is book king 1 bed. They say only 1 twin bed or the top floor has mold that is so strong they wont even book the rooms but showed me anyway . My booking include free update and foot massage which i also didn't get. Im sure these google map reviews most are paid bots. This is 3 star at most. And all rooms windows look into each other's room and the orher window go into busy noisy street. I leave after 2 days.
