Elites Hotel

I do not recommend this hotel at all. When we arrived, we were given a dirty and uncleaned room. The chair was stained with unknown white spots, which looked extremely unpleasant and unhygienic and dirty blankets. The staff could not change our room and said they could not clean it because housekeeping only comes in the morning for far as I saw - about one hour to quickly clean the entire hotel. There also were cockroach in the room, visible mold on the ceiling and walls, dust everywhere and overall very poor cleanliness standards. During our stay there, the cleaners only changed the towels and gave us a small bottle of water – nothing more. The room was never properly cleaned. Very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.

Can you consider cost and value and location? I would say this is an outstanding place. The rooms are very nice. The peak with the front desk are a very nice enterway is very nice. They have a massage chair that if you are able to handle shiatsu will really help with your back and your buttocks, the location from the beach is only a couple plugs, so when you consider the bargain price, the very nice room, this is actually an amazing value in my opinion.

Very poor experience. The hotel clearly lacks proper cleanliness and organization. The rooms are not properly cleaned – only the bed is made and towels are changed, and even those towels often have stains. There is mold on the walls and ceiling, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and health. Additionally, we found a cockroach in the room, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel and will definitely not return.

A delightful welcome awaits you here. A nice clean hotel with sea views from the roof and many of the rooms. The view of the area from the roof after dark is amazing. But no you can't see the dragon bridge fire display from here. But it's only 20min walk and lasts 15 mins from 9pm Friday, Saturday and Sundays. The dining/breakfast room room has been closed for a while now, so if you read on any platform 'breakfast included'. As we did, it isn't. Neither of course is dinner. There are many places for breakfast within stumbling distances . Great coffee is available round the corner at Bangme and Coffee. The rooms have complimentary cups, a kettle and 735ml of water per person, and there's drinking water available in the foyer. No coffee or tea in the room though. Although they did try and charge for using the nonexistent tea. The advertised welcome fruit was also missing. Oh don't put the complimentary water in the fridge as it becomes chargeable. Apart from these little colonialisms it's great.

This place is rated better than it really is, and some of the advertised features are simply not there. It already started with the fact that I could not pay by credit card (they said the system was “broken”), so I had to go out into the rain to look for an ATM, even though I had just arrived after a long journey. Later I was not allowed to enter the room at the agreed time. The safe in the room was locked and did not work even after I reported it. The rooftop pool advertised here is honestly a joke — judging by its condition, it has probably been out of service for more than two weeks. I was told it would be fixed in three days… when I would already be gone. I honestly don’t believe it. It’s very disappointing, especially since I booked this place specifically because of the rooftop pool. Advertising this place with glossy photos on Booking.com comes very close to being misleading Housekeeping also does not work properly: even if you put the “Do Not Disturb / Please Clean” sign on the door, you still have to request cleaning again at the reception. Otherwise, nothing happens if it’s already past noon.
