Beautiful rooms and one of the best-equipped hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. The pool area was very clean and well maintained. The room service was exceptional and the staff were consistently friendly throughout my stay. The lounge has a great view and a lovely evening reception. Breakfast offered a huge variety of options, and the pho was especially delicious. A big plus is the free scooter parking. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Da Nang and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Man, the manager, was quick to help us to ensure we could enjoy all the facilities in the hotel even though there was an issue with my Honors account. Thy, the assistant manager, was very kind and went above & beyond to ensure we get an extended check out time so that we can be together with my elderly mother. We will be back to this hotel for sure. :)

This hotel is absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated an outstanding level of hospitality—friendly, attentive, and consistently willing to assist. The property is immaculate, and the location along the Han River is both beautiful and convenient. The breakfast buffet is truly outstanding, offering an impressive variety and excellent quality. What sets this hotel apart is the genuine care shown to its guests. The team goes above and beyond to ensure comfort at every moment. Throughout my stay, staff members frequently checked in to see if I needed anything, creating a welcoming and seamless experience. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Special recognition goes to the manager for running such a well-organized and professional operation—an outstanding job all around. I would also like to commend Tri and Hoa, who were absolutely exceptional while I was dining in the restaurant. They provided remarkable service, assisting me throughout my visit with warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness. Their dedication did not go unnoticed, and they are truly an asset to the hotel. They deserve high praise and recognition for their excellent work.

We spent 5 nights at Hilton Da Nang and had a great experience overall. A few days before arrival, the guest services team emailed and asked for any food allergies! That's very thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable. While there are some signs of aging, housekeeping did an excellent job. Wi-Fi was reliable, the bed was comfortable, water pressure was strong with hot water, and four complimentary bottles of water were replenished daily. We also appreciated the thoughtful detail of housekeeping removing their shoes before entering. The Vietnamese décor added a nice local touch. The Executive Lounge was a highlight. The guest service manager, Thy was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The lounge offered fruit juices, Vietnamese coffee, a wide variety of teas, beer, and daily cocktails. Happy hour runs from 5:30–7:30 pm with cocktails and light finger foods, and a few staff including Hung, the trainee was mindful of my cilantro allergy. Breakfast was excellent—we ate there all five mornings. The spread leaned heavily toward Eastern options, including congee, Vietnamese noodle soups, steamed bao, stir-fried dishes, fresh fruit, and juices. The iced Vietnamese coffee was especially good. Thuy, our server went above and beyond by recommending ginger green tea when I wasn’t feeling well and remembering to offer it again the next day. She remembered us because our room 2206 matched her birthday! The pool was heated and very enjoyable. The pool attendant was helpful in setting up loungers and umbrellas, and the staff even adjusted the pool temperature when we mentioned the water felt cool due to the wind. As diamond members, we appreciated being checked in at the executive lounge on the 27th floor. We’d also like to thank Linh at the front desk for recommending a convenient same-day laundry service. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Han Market. A minor feedback that our bath robes were thin and got stains on; they don't belong in a 5 stars hotel. Another suggestion is to add egg coffee on the menu :) Overall, the service truly stood out and we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at Hilton Da Nang for five nights and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Received a beautiful upgrade to a suite, which immediately set the tone for a very comfortable stay. The Executive Lounge is truly excellent and easily one of the highlights of the hotel. A special thank you to Thy and Oanh for their warm hospitality. Absolute stars, and if I were single… let’s just say they made every visit to the lounge even better 😉 Breakfast on the second floor can get quite busy, but the lounge breakfast is a perfect escape. Calm, high quality and a great way to start the day. Overall, a fantastic stay. I’ll be back again next month without hesitation. Highly recommended!
