Just finishing our 7 day stay. We booked a city view room. Every staff member we talked with or interacted with were wonderful and answered all our questions and ensured our stay was going well. There is a rooftop bar/sky bar with a small pool, sitting area, and a small gym is there too. Laundry service is same day, charged by the kilo, and we used it twice. Safe in the room. The breakfast was nice. Made to order eggs, juice, coffee, and the buffet changed daily. There was a few inconveniences but nothing worth noting. I saw a few posts about the elevator/lift which is small but they have 2 and we didn't even wait even an entire minute for the lift during our stay. I used the hotel to book my airport transfer and trip to Ba Na Hills. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Alani for 4 nights. Room was small but clean and tidy. Buffet breakfast was really tasty and lots of options, rooftop pool and bar were excellent! Great view! All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially harry and Mario on the door. Location is good but maybe 2 blocks from the heart of the action. A great place to stay if you want to be close but not right on top of bars etc.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alani Hotel & Spa, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived until the second we checked out, the hospitality was truly world-class. What really sets Alani apart is the incredible team. A special shout-out to Danish, the Restaurant Manager, who blew us away with his attention to detail. He made a genuine effort to remember our names and our specific preferences every single morning. It’s those personal touches that turn a standard hotel stay into a memorable experience. I also want to recognize Harry and Alfie from the porter team. Not only were they incredibly efficient with our luggage, but they were also a wealth of local knowledge. They gave us some of the best recommendations for hidden gems and local spots in Da Nang that we never would have found on our own. The rooms were pristine, the spa was incredibly relaxing, and the location is perfect for exploring the city and the beach. If you are looking for a hotel that treats you like family rather than just another guest, this is the place to be. Thank you, Danish, Harry, and Alfie, for making our trip so special! We will definitely be back.

Alani hotel in Da nang is a beautiful hotel. The staff are wonderful, polite, professional and go out of their way to get you every thing you need. The cleaning staff are very patient if you need extra time to sleep or leave your room. The buffet breakfast is rather big with a large variety of flavours and international cuisines! The roof top pool is a good size and has a breathe taking view of the Ocean. The only thing I would request a change is the size of the gym. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

I recently spent 4 weeks in Da Nang with a total of five hotel stays. Alani was the first few days then the last week: if I could have stayed here the whole time I would have but they were sold out for a couple weeks. First of all, the Alani staff are incredibly kind, helpful, professional and overall awesome. They genuinely care. Noah, Henry, the gal with the thick glasses and literally everyone else there were simply amazing. Second, the breakfast buffet is perfect. Not too big (one so-called "five star" hotel I stayed at had a *massive* breakfast buffet but it wasn't all that good because the food was super "institutional" AND they started kicking everyone out at 0915 when it was supposedly open until 1000) The food at Alani was always good, abundant, and fresh; in fact, they would bring out new rounds of food at 0945 which, to me, proves dedication to providing value and awsome customer service. Made-to-order omelets and lots of fresh fruits, baked goods, and a daily pho (the Pho was consistently amazing) - how can you go wrong? Next, the rooftop pool and lounge area has a unique design where you get afternoon sun. Lots of places in Da Nang have rooftops aimed Westerly meaning they lose sunlight after 1500hrs. I spent as much time on the roof and pool area I did in my room LOL; it's a fantastic amenity. To be honest, the rooms are a tiny bit small (and elevators are very small) and the bed in the "super budget" room is not that comfortable (too firm mattress). My last week was in a Superior room which had a very comfy bed so it's worth the upgrade. A couple staying in a basic room would probably feel a bit cramped. Combined, this backs up the four out of five stars on rooms. Third, location. My Khe Beach is literally a 2 minute walk away and you can see the ocean (and surf breaks) from the rooftop and some rooms as well. It's pretty much in the heart of the bustling neighbourhood so extremely walkable to almost anything you need. Thankfully, all the nearby bars with live music have a firm cut-off around 2200hrs so it can be noisy early in the evening but generally very quiet at night. In short, a perfect balance in terms of location. Finally, the food. I wound up with a Tet Week special where I had meals included in the room fee (on top of the spectacular breakfast buffet). Since I was solo that meant two selections per day which on top of the breakfast was more food than I probably needed. I ate my way through 75% of the menu and can confirm the food is totally "legit". They make their own burger patties, their own panko-breaded fish and/or chicken strips, potatoes wedges (instead of processed french fries), wings cooked to order, there's an insane amount of cheese on the pizzas, and the salads with proteins are huge and make a full meal themselves. As you can tell, it's mostly "western" food but very good quality and cooked fresh. Incredibly, the mini bar and Lounge prices are close to the same as store prices so it's very easy, convenient and affordable to wipe out the mini bar pretty much every day :) Alani no longer has a "spa" onsite so they should probably update their business name/title but there's about 20 massage shops two blocks either way from the entrance so that service is super easy to find. The sauna adjacent to the rooftop lounge is fantastic: very hot and you can manage the steam yourself. I think it should be 100K VND per "session" rather than "per person" but that's maybe splitting hairs. All in all, I very confidently give a "100% recommended" badge to Alani: when I go back to Da Nang and need a hotel I will definitely stay there again.
